Théâtre à la forge - Tartuffe d'après Molière

The Compagnons d'Ulysse troupe will be performing two short one-act plays by the famous playwright, La Demande en mariage followed by L?Ours: A peasant comes to ask for the hand of his neighbor, with whom he can?t get along, over a land dispute; a rude character comes to claim his money from a grieving widow?
Everyone is familiar with these frenzied situations, which drive the characters to madness. A frenetic pace and contemporary parallels are the ingredients of this comedy for all audiences, but far from being without substance: it raises the question of living together and places our mirror beyond the Urals?
The show is performed outdoors (with a fallback room on site in case of rain). This play is also suitable for young audiences, so don't hesitate to bring the whole family!
