HERBARIUM
Beyond pure botany, Herbarium records the work of the living through a variety of materials, combining textiles, drawing and organic matter. Each piece opens a window, a close-up viewpoint, onto an ancient world where a disturbing nature seems to be reclaiming its rights. Herbarium illustrates the balance of power between nature and humanity, and the constraints inherent in this cohabitation. Through this collection, the artist transports the traditional herbarium into a modern, aesthetic concept, conveying a message in line with environmental concerns.
